Tables

There will be 4 tables of 10 players (assuming 40 players) with random seating. Each table will have a difference of one player from any other table at all times. If the number of players differs by 2 or more at any point, players will be moved to equalize the numbers.

Once 25% of the players are eliminated, the tables will be condensed to 3 and seating randomized again. This continues at 50% (2 tables) and 75% (final table).

Blinds

Blinds start 1,000–2,000. The small blind increases by 1,000 every 30 minutes (1,000–2,000; 2,000–4,000; 3,000–6,000; 4,000–8,000; 5,000–10,000).

Once blinds reach 5,000–10,000, the small blind increases by 5,000 every 30 minutes, then by 25,000 every 30 minutes after 25,000–50,000. After every 5th blind level, denominations are condensed. Blinds increase by 15 minutes when 5 players remain.

Rules

Each player receives an equal chip stack. Once a player has no chips they are eliminated. Qualifying order is based on number eliminated, or chip stack for simultaneous eliminations. The tournament ends when one player has all the chips.

Betting

All raises must be at least the value of the big blind. No chain betting.

Note: Most players know the rules and will help newcomers. As long as you know Hold'em, you should have no trouble.
